At Life-Pro Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Certain personal-use items (e.g., opened wellness products, used sauna blankets) may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons — these will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@life-profitness.com with your order number and reason for return.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include a photo and a brief explanation of the issue.

We’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label and send you the replacement once the item is received and inspected.

💵 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
